We use lodge pole pine or englum spruce logs.  They have proven to be the best house logs. They are milled from dead standing timber, thus using a valuable natural resource that otherwise would go to waste.  Every log is checked and graded at the mill.  Some areas require TPI (timber product inspection) whether the logs are TPI stamped or not, they all meet or exceed TPI standards.

Warranty and Guarantee

Logs are inspected and graded at the mill and meet or exceed building standards.  No warranty can be written or implied once they leave the yard, weather, handling and storage can effect logs.  However we do send extra logs to cover any reasonable or unexpected damage that may occur.  We will replace any logs that are not right if it is due to our neglect.

Order Policy

We require 50% down payment when ordering logs.  Balance due upon delivery after inspection but before unloading from truck.  Final payment can be paid by cashier check, bank draft or money transfer.  If by personal check, check must be received 10 days before delivery.  All prices are FOB Darby, MT.
